In 2018, I joined VMware as a Solutions Architect. In this role, I support Federal customers with the full VMware suite of capabilities. My mission is solving business and mission challenges with technology.

I've worked in IT since 1996. I started, like many do, as a help desk technician. The front line to IT support. In this role, we understand very clearly how our customers interact with technology and often features that do not bring value or limit creativity.

Over the years I've worked with small business, large business, State and Federal customers. All of them have some unique challenges and some common challenges.

My presence on the interwebs will hopefully help someone else be better at what they do or help them understand a specific technology.
